BreatheEZ General Returns & Refund Policy

Please Note: Due to Covid-19 infections and the nature of the products, some air purifiers and filters can not be returned.

Replacement filters, UV lights and pre-filters are not eligible for returns.

After reading the general returns & refund policy, please scroll down to review our Brand specific policy that overrides BreatheEZ policy.

Cancellation and Order Changes

We offer same-day cancellation only for products. The exception is for Envion and Boneco products. Once the order is processed for Boneco and Envion, it can not be canceled.

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. Once your item has been processed and shipped, we can no longer cancel or make changes to your order.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that item was received. Items must be undamaged, clean and in sellable condition with all original packaging (box & protective foam pieces) and manuals.

Products must not have been used during renovations, to filter heavy chemical concentration problems or to filter second hand smoke. Returns that do not satisfy these conditions will be refused and returned to the sender.

PLEASE NOTE: HEALTHY AIR Products are non-returnable.

If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

In addition, shipping costs associated with Free Shipping will be deducted from the refund amount in the event of a return.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order and after it has been received.

To initiate a return, you must contact BreatheEZ AirPurifiers at returns@BreatheEZAirPurifiers.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods to begin a case assessment.

You will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

  • As soon as we receive the item we will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one.
  • All returns are inspected and if found to not be in resalable condition, a partial or no refund may be provided.
  • BreatheEZ. is not responsible for loss or damage during shipment.
  • Defective products will be replaced or repaired if they are under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • All products that are damaged after shipment will be repaired or replaced at cost to the customer.

No exchanges or returns will be allowed after 30 daysOur policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Any order discrepancies must be communicated to BreatheEZ AirPurifiers within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the event that you wish to have a refund or replacement due to damaged items/goods, please provide the following information to be eligible:

  • Proof of Purchase/Order Number
  • Photo(s) of Damaged Item(s)
  • The model and serial number or the product number of the item(s)
  • Your name and contact information

When a return/repair claim is approved, BreatheEZ AirPurifiers will issue an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and you must return the item within 5 days of this approval. You (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges and the FREE SHIPPING charges.

Restocking Fee

Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund. All items will be subject to an inspection.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of a full or partial refund, or rejection of your refund. 

There are certain situations where no refund or only a partial refund is granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Brand Specific Return/Exchange/Refund/Warranty Policy

WARRANTY - AIRDOG™

Airdog™ warrants its air purification products to be free of any defect in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the purchase date.

In the event of a defect during the warranty period, Airdog™ Service Center agrees, at its option, to either repair or replace the defective product or part free of charge. 

Any repaired or replaced part or product will itself only be warrantied for the remainder of the warranty period of the original purchaser.  

This limited warranty covers parts and product that are used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Review the Owner's Manuals follow their instructions for use carefully. Misuse or abuse of the product will void warranty coverage.

FitAir masks, tubing, and HEPA filters are excluded under this limited warranty.

WARRANTY - AIRPURA

THE AIRPURA PRIVATE AND RESIDENTIAL USE WARRANTY

Where the Airpura Air Purifier is used for Private or Residential purposes the following warranty applies. The determination of the type of use is made exclusively by Airpura Industries inc.

If within five (5) years from the date of the original purchase by the end-user from the Authorized Dealer, an Airpura R600, C600, T600, H600, V600 or UV600 (with the exception of filters or UV lamps) is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, Airpura Industries Inc. Will, at their option, repair or replace the part or product free of charge for labor and materials.

If within ten (10) years from the date of the original purchase by the end user from the Authorized Dealer, an Airpura R600, V600 or UV600 (with the exception of filters or UV lamps) is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, Airpura Industries Inc. will at their option repair or replace the part or product free of charge for labor only.

Any replacement parts deemed necessary by Airpura Industries will be charged to the purchaser.

The same warranty applies to the Airpura I600 within two (2) years of purchase for parts and labor and within 5 years for labor only.

Obvious defects must be communicated to the Authorized Dealer within 10 days from the purchase date.

This warranty shall not apply to damage caused through misuse, wear and tear, neglect, unauthorized repair or to damage caused through installation, adaptation, modification or use in an improper manner or inconsistent with Airpura’s operating and maintenance instructions, wear or deterioration due to environmental conditions or to the damage occurred during transit.

Airpura Industries will not be liable under this warranty for any fault or damage arising from defective workmanship, if the product has been serviced, repaired or modified by any person other than Airpura Industries Inc. or the manufacturer’s serial label has been removed or tampered with.

All products returned for service or repair must be accompanied with an RA (Return Authorization) number. The RA number must be clearly visible on the external packaging. The absence of an RA number will delay the service or repair process, for any shipment to Airpura Industries Inc. not accompanied with an RA number will not be accepted or will be immediately sent back to the shipper.

Please contact Airpura Industries Inc to receive an RA number prior to Shipment.

THE AIRPURA COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL USE LIMITED WARRANTY

Where the Airpura Air Purifier is used for Commercial or Institutional Purposes the following warranty applies. The determination of the type of use is made exclusively by Airpura Industries Inc. If within two (2) years from the date of the original purchase by the end-user from the Authorized Dealer, an Airpura R600, C600, T600, H600, V600 or UV600 (with the exception of filters or UV lamps) is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, Airpura Industries Inc. Will, at their option, repair or replace the part or product free of charge for labor and materials.

WARRANTY - AMAIRCARE

Americair Corporation warrants Amaircare HEPA Air Filtration Systems to the original retail purchaser as follows:

  1. The motor/fan part is warranted for five (5) years from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
  2. All other component parts (except filters) are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
  •   The Amaircare HEPA Air Filtration System has failed under normal use, due to defects in material or workmanship.
  •  The Amaircare HEPA Air Filtration System has been operated according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
  • The Amaircare HEPA Air Filtration System has been operated in compliance with the voltages specified on the product.
  • An authorized Amaircare dealer or a service provider agreed upon by both the consumer and the manufacturer has performed an inspection.
  • There have been no attempts to modify the Amaircare HEPA Air Filtration System from its original condition.

Actions contrary to the above will void the Amaircare warranty.

Amaircare HEPA Air Filtration Systems that have qualified for warranty and met all of the above conditions will, at the discretion of the manufacturer, have the failing components repaired or replaced or, at the option of the manufacturer, be replaced with a new system.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

The consumer may make a warranty claim by contacting any authorized Amaircare dealer.  The dealer will then contact the manufacturer, Americair Corporation, to obtain a Repair Return Authorization.

If the consumer is unable to contact an authorized dealer in their area, they should directly contact the manufacturer, Americair Corporation, at 1 800 268 7732 or info@amaircare.com to obtain a Repair Return Authorization.

To obtain a Repair Return Authorization, a valid serial number and original proof of purchase must be presented to the manufacturer.

RETURNING THE SYSTEM FOR WARRANTY INSPECTION AND/OR REPAIR

Prior to returning any product for warranty consideration, the consumer must remove all filter components.

In the interest of hygiene, consumer and employee safety, Americair Corporation will not receive any filter media that has left the manufacturer’s premises.  Any Systems returned for inspection with the filters included will not be received by Americair Corporation and will be returned to the consumer/dealer at the consumer/dealer’s expense.

Excluding the filters, the consumer is required to return all other original system components, including adapters if applicable. The consumer/dealer is responsible for packaging the product appropriately to be shipped back to the manufacturer.  Americair Corporation will not be responsible for damages incurred during return shipment due to improper packaging.

Due to issues of hygiene, consumer safety and the safety of Americair Staff, Americair Corporation will not accept returned products on the basis of buyer’s remorse. 

Limited Warranty - LIGHTAIR

A warranty is a guarantee for your air purifier.

If your LightAir air purifier ceases to function within the warranty period set by the local Consumer Purchaser Act in your country from the original purchase date as a result of a fault in the material or manufacturing, LightAir undertakes to repair or exchange the product, as the company sees fit.

In order for this offer to be valid, the purchaser must return the product to a LightAir authorized service point or point of purchase, along with proof of the date and location of the original purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage caused as a result of accidents, incorrect usage, dirt, lack of due care (see above), or service carried out by non-authorized service points.

LightAir does not take responsibility for consequential damage, indirect damage, or damage caused by transportation

This warranty is limited to the above undertakings and does not give the purchaser a right to demand damages or other compensation. This warranty does not affect the purchaser’s statutory consumer rights according to regional or national law.

IMPORTANT! This warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to follow the instructions given in the user manual.

Inspect your items thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. If the package is damaged in transport, please inform the carrier and remark on the delivery paperwork and refuse delivery. You must contact us at support@lightair.com within 24 hours to report damage.

If your LightAir air purifier ceases to function within the warranty period set by the local Consumer Purchaser Act in your country from the original purchase date as a result of a fault in the material or manufacturing, LightAir undertakes to repair or exchange the product, as the company sees fit.
